Leaze9 is a B2B employee benefits platform that enables corporate clients to offer their employees access to benefits including car leasing, corporate credit cards, loan solutions, health insurance, and life insurance. The Service is provided by Leaze9 Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the Service to transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it. Leaze9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these conditions.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Leaze9 website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Leaze9 Technologies Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Nothing in these terms grants you any licence to use our trademarks or brand assets.
5. User accounts and responsibilities
Where access to the platform requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@leaze9.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. Leaze9 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
6. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including financial institutions, insurance providers, and payment processors. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and Leaze9 is not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leaze9 Technologies Private Limited and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for access to the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Leaze9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
